I'm Caleb Hosmer, I'm building AI infrastructure for organisations that can't afford to move slow.

Three years ago I was stacking pallets in my hometown suburbs in Melbourne. Twelve months later I deployed my first agentic enterprise system. No credentials. Just an obsessive focus on what actually works and a refusal to wait for permission.

That path led me to co-founding PRGRMMD, where I serve as CEO. We are a Sydney-based team building the integration layer between AI and enterprise: defence, finance, government, healthcare, logistics, technology. We exist for high-stakes environments where failure isn't theoretical.

PRGRMMD is acompanied by FRONTLINE, for the builders and developers at the frontline of Australian enterprise AI.

We hold an exceptional production quality standard and let the outputs speak. Being a young founder means I don't trade on years served, I trade on proof. Build by build, we've stacked undeniable evidence that a focused team can out-execute the big shops.

When I'm not building, I'm probably putting in work in the gym or kicking back at the beach.
