About Me

About Me

I'm Caleb Hosmer. I'm 22, I'm Aussie born and raised, and I run PRGRMMD. An AI company built for enterprise advantage.

Three years ago I was stacking pallets in Melbourne. No network, no credentials, and at the surface, no particular reason to bet on me.

But I had a conviction: AI was about to restructure how serious organisations operate, and the people building that future shouldn't need permission to start.

So I started. Taught myself to build with AI and developed a deep understanding of enterprise operations. Within three months, our development team deployed our first agentic AI system into a live enterprise environment.

The gap between knowing and doing has collapsed, and the only barrier left is the willingness to move, at speed.

That's the thesis behind PRGRMMD. I co-founded it to become the integration layer between AI and the critical enterprise sectors that keep Australia protected, and connected.

The organisations that will define the next decade aren't experimenting with AI. They're making it structural with AI infrastructure. That distinction matters more than most people realise.

Outside of work, I train six days a week, I'm trying to get to the beach more, and I read philosophy that has nothing to do with technology (which I'm fairly sure makes me better at technology).

I kickstarted this year moving cities, and we're just getting started.

I don't have decades of experience to trade on. What I do have is hard proof. Build by build, outcome by outcome. Our focused team out-executes the big shops.

If you are exploring AI adoption, reach out. We'll bring the outcome.
